Our expert process automation team will oversee a seamless transition and ensure that everything continues to run as planned after the job is done. We offer two main products:

EFFECTO OnSite production software helps move up clients to 4IR-level (The Forth Industrial Revolution) without the need to change their equipment or processes.

EFFECTO InSite complementary data management tool assures the validity and accessibility of their data at all times.

 

YOUR ROLE

As an Application Specialist, you will primarily work in the front line of the process responsible for delivering and supporting our solutions to customers. Working in an inspiring, high-performing team, you will manage implementation projects in Quebec and France. You would need to be up to date with our products to integrate them for an optimal use.

We are on a clear path of expansion so you may be part of our success and need to travel around the US and Canada.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Manage implementation projects using our PRP and make sure projects run smoothly.
• Participate in functional analysis of customer needs.
• Analyse and manage transition datas.
• Install and personalize our products.
• Organize and give trainings/workshops.
• Offer technical support when needed.
• Offer our professional services to our existing clients.

WHAT YOU NEED

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering
• Bilingual (French – English)
• Knowledge in manufacturing or wood industry preferred
• Willing to travel 20% (Europe – US – Canada)
• Knowledge in SQL and Reporting + MS Office suite
• Demonstrate interest in BI tools (MS Power BI)
