EFFECTO software engineers design a customized process automation solution with our client specific operational needs in mind. Our expert process automation team will oversee a seamless transition and ensure that everything continues to run as planned after the job is done. We offer two main products:

SEM WOOD production software helps move up clients to 4IR-level (The Forth Industrial Revolution) without the need to change their equipment or processes.

BIREADY complementary data management tool assures the validity and accessibility of their data at all times.


ABOUT YOU (job description)

We are looking for a smart and motivated individual to join us in spreading the word and offering EFFECTO solutions to the US (North East + South) and Canada (Ontario + Eastern Canada)

  • Generating new business opportunities through a combination of market research, networking, and outreach
  • Strategically identify, prospect and meet qualified leads
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and contribute to the creation of value
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Research the latest in the business industry to expand business
  • Introduce company products and services in our new markets
  • Increase cross-selling to our current customers
  • Write service offers, participate in analysis and close deals



  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering
  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • Demonstrated experience in generating leads
  • Go-getter attitude, highly self-motivated
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to naturally build trusted relationships with customers
  • Negotiation skills
  • Knowledge in manufacturing or wood industry preferred
  • Willing to travel 20% (US – Canada)
  • Driver’s license and passport
